our award-winning SOLJET PRO III XC-540 54" printer/cutter with the
metallic silver ink. Roland Intelligent Pass Control

colors. By merging unattended printing and automated contour cutting
into a single device, the XC-540MT streamlines the production process
for labels, decals, POP, banners, signs and vehicle wraps. For laminated
graphics, Roland's four-point Quadralign

optical registration system
realigns the cutting path and compensates for skew and distortion.
With VersaWorks RIP software, anyone can achieve professional print
quality without advanced skills or previous experience. The Roland Color
System accurately reproduces spot colors from Roland Color charts and
swatch books including 512 new metallic colors for the XC-540MT.
VersaWorks automatically estimates the ink usage and print time for each
graphic to accurately monitor your time and costs. Roland Intelligent Pass
Control

technology delivers smooth gradations and flawless solid colors.
VersaWorks also offers a wide range of print options including high-speed
mode for production banner printing, the Max Impact preset for vivid

New ECO-SOL MAX Metallic Silver Ink
With the XC-540MT, six radiant colors are yours to explore — CMYK +
Silver and White — and the results are stunning. ECO-SOL MAX Metallic
Silver ink transforms CMYK into a spectrum of new metallic hues
including golds, bronzes and a wide range of pearlescent colors. A
double white ink model is also available for the brightest white text,
graphics and floods.
*Ink configuration (either Metallic Silver and White or Double White) must be selected upon
purchase. *The glossiness of metallic colors depends on the media used. For best results, test print on
each substrate before production. *Lamination is strongly recommended for indoor and outdoor
graphics to protect metallic inks from scratching.
