Only one linearized sensor for ferrous and non-ferrous materials

Ferrous materials: One-sided contact double sheet control of thicknesses

up to 4,0 mm max. (up to 0.160")

Non-ferrous materials: One-sided contact double sheet control of thicknesses

up to approximately 4 mm (0.160") for customary automotive aluminium alloy

Digital display of sheet thickness and operations parameters

Programmable for 255 different materials and thicknesses

Opto coupled parallel PLC interface (9 bit for input, 4 bit for output)

Systems interfaces:

•Data communication and parameter backup via optional opto coupled RS 232 interface

•Relay or opto coupled output for under gauge, nominal gauge, over gauge and enable

One - sided system

This diagram shows that the product program is following the generally accepted design guide lines of modularity. On the basis of only two

product platforms double sheet detectors for specific applications are derived by exchanging an internal sensor module. The sensors are

compatible with several control units.
