9. When Moving the Unit

Detach the blade holder.



Detach the blade holder.



Raise the loading lever.

Secure the print heads in place.



Secure the print heads in place using the retainer.

For information on the method of securing the print heads, refer to  P. 28, "Step 4: Remove the Pack-

ing Materials" in "3. Assembling and Installing."



Switch off the main power switch.

Relocate the machine immediately, and turn on the power.



When the preparation for transfer is complete, transport the machine as soon as pos-

sible.



Reinstall the machine and switch on the main power immediately.

To prevent the print heads from being damaged, complete the relocation without taking too much time,

and turn on the main power of the machine immediately after it is transferred. When you reinstall the

machine, follow the procedure given in  P. 22, "3. Assembling and Installing".
